12 Linajes Vino Tinto Crianza Tempranillo 2016 750 ML

12 Linajes Crianza is a wine with the Ribera del Duero designation of origin and made from Tempranillo grapes. It is made using a traditional method using 100% destemmed grapes, with alcoholic fermentation at a moderate temperature (26ºC) with post-fermentation maceration based on the anthocyanin ratio. 25% of the newly finished wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. It is aged for 14 months in new French oak (25%) and one-year-old American oak (75%). The ageing in the bottle is a minimum of 12 months.
