Description
The grapes for Touran Garnacha come from small plots with low yields that are picked by hand and fermented separately in small stainless steel tanks. The wine is then put into French oak barrels to complete the malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 22 months in these same barrels. Each barrel of Touran Garnacha is tasted individually, and after a strict selection a limited production of this exclusive wine is obtained
