We cultivate the only vineyard in Spay and also vineyards in Bopparder Hamm, including unique recultivated steep slopes. Our new winery is located on a large property on the outskirts of Spay, directly surrounded by our own vineyards, orchards, bushes and forest. Our goal is to produce authentic Riesling and Pinot Noir wines of outstanding quality – embedded in sustainable production and care of the cultural landscape.
