Von Winning Riesling Trocken GG Deidesheimer Kalkofen 2021 is a dry, single-variety white wine from the Kalkofen vineyard in Deidesheim, Germany. The wine is made from 60-year-old Riesling vines grown in limestone and sandy soil on a plateau above the Grainhübel GG. The must is fermented spontaneously in 500-liter oak barrels and the wine matures on the lees.
