Further swirling exhibits floral and fruit notes that quickly and seamlessly give way to savory meaty notes of grilled venison and pork loin. Medium-to-full-bodied in weight, this wine provides a succulent mouthfeel while never losing its great acid structure and polished demeanor. On the palate, ripe blackberries, all-spice and cassis delight and lead to a never-ending, spice driven finish.
