Semicolon Gewurztraminer Wachau 2019 is a white wine made in Austria’s Wachau region. It is made by Nikolaihof, a new project by Niki Saahs and Katharina Salzgeber. The wine is aged for eight months in neutral wood without fining, stabilization, filtration, or sulfur addition. n Semicolon Gewurztraminer Wachau 2019 has an ABV of 11% and is made from a 100% mash of wild yeast. It has aromas of blossom, lychee, and orange peel.
