Fermented at controlled temperatures in traditional, concrete vats. Aged 2 years in old 3-4,000 liter oak foudres. Big and meaty, offering massive, plummy fruit, with characteristic spiciness and light mineral character. Big, chewy tannins and a long, lingering finish.
