Pure and pleasing Chardonnay out of Oregon under the Salem Wine Co label, part of the Evening Land stable.n n A good whack of the fruit comes from the iconic Seven Springs vineyard at Evening Land HQ, with the balance coming from neighbouring sites. It has a cooler feel than Californian Chardonnays further south, and a lower ABV too.n n This wine has very pleasant and lovely aromas. On the palate it is very elegant, rich and full-bodied.n n Producer Informationn The Salem Wine Co. Pinot Noir is sourced from 3 vineyards within our home AVA of Eola-Amity Hills. Beginning with our biodynamically farmed Seven Springs estate vineyard, the blend is augmented with fruit from Eola Springs and Rocky Hill, two neighboring sites in the appellation. All 3 sites are dry-farmed in volcanic soils. The Salem Wine Co. Pinot Noir was crafted to be approachable in its youth. The wine is an authentic representation of the Eola-Amity Hills with minimal sulfur and no new cooperage employed.
