Description
A coastal Californian nod to Burgundy, this medium-bodied, red-fruited wine is vinified and aged entirely in used oak barrels. A bit of whole cluster fermentation is used, and the grapes are picked on the early side. Aromatic, lithe, yet powerful, this Old World meets New World red will pair well with five spice braised pork loin.
