Rajat Parr Wines ‘Romance’ Chardonnay (2019) – Romance Chardonnay comes from our Domaine de la Cote estate vineyards on the very western edge of the Sta. Rita Hills. I am excited to share the very first Sandhi Chardonnay we have planted and grown ourselves. The wine is concentrated and dense. There is so much going on with this wine and I suspect it will evolve slowly and beautifully over time. It is my hope that Romance Chardonnay will become the new benchmark for Chardonnay in the Sta.
