Light yellow color, this aromatic and crunchy wine gives hints of citrus and minerality. Its light body and excellent acidity make it a perfect pairing with fish. Producer Information Situated in the Douro Valley, Quinta do Passadouro was founded in the eighteenth century. In 1991, it was acquired by Bohrman Family and since then have been made new purchases of land wineries and plenty of improvements were also made in their 40 hectares of vineyard and 5 hectares of olive grove.Their vineyards are between 2 and 70 years old, comprising traditional Douro varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Sousão. The old vines comprise a mixture of several varieties.
