This Sauvignon Blanc is produced by the Biotteau Family at the Château d’Avrillé, whose castle is located in the Loire Valley heart, more precisely in the Anjou area. The climate is ideal for producing whites that are refreshing and bright. Poussiere de Roche is aromatic and fruity, dry but supple. Also has a really elegant nose with outstanding mineral and fruity aromas.
