Pale golden straw in color, the 2023 Paul Dolan Sauvignon Blanc has enticing aromas of tart green apple, lemongrass, and yuzu complimented by floral notes of honeysuckle and jasmine. On the palate, the green apple carries though to bright flavors of starfruit and lemon peel, balanced by fresh plantain and a hint of chamomile tea. Crisp and bright with a juicy mouthfeel, that carries through to the refreshing finish.

Pair with lightly cooked shellfish, fresh herbed spring salads, grilled chicken and spicy foods.

Paul Dolan Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the McFadden Vineyard in Potter Valley, Mendocino County. Located at the headwaters of the East Fork of the Russian River, upland Potter Valley is 200 feet higher than surrounding areas and sees great day-night temperature variations. These variations lead to strong, but refined, character in Sauvignon Blanc.
