This is a white Champagne made exclusively from Grand Cru Classe of Bouzy, one of the 17 villages thus classified at the very top of the Champagnes quality hierarchy.nnThis is a Champagne blend of Bouzy wines made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay grape varieties. After hand-harvesting, the cuvee is aged in French oak barrels for a few months, then bottled to be lowered into deep cellars for optimal ageing.nnLa robe is brilliant gold.
