Parcel selection in the heart of the village of Tracy sur Loire. Old Sauvignon Blanc vines on a terroir of pure flint. Aged on fine lees (thermo-regulated stainless steel tank) for 12 months, bottled without filtration or refrigeration. “Indigenous” bears the name of the yeasts naturally present in the grapes. This wine is powerful, full-bodied, mineral, fine and elegant. It is discernible thanks to its “flint” nose typical of the Pouilly flint terroir. Very great wine.
