Alluring aromas of molasses-glazed beef ribs, candied kalamata olives, and brown sugar lift from the glass. It finishes with black pepper, leather, and dark plum notes. The wine opens with flavors of blackberry compote, cherry jubilee, dulce de leche, and notes of violet flowers. This is followed by an incredible intensity of rich tannins with pepper, brown spice, and a long smokey finish.
