Noble Tree Wickersham Ranch Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 750 ML

Noble Tree was originally founded as a passion project by two sommeliers/restaurateurs to produce wines for their fellow industry friends. Production began as a true “garagistes-negociant” style winery, focusing on healthy vineyard sources, hand harvesting and honest winemaking practices. In 2019, Marc Taub of Taub Family Vineyards became proprietor of Noble Tree, upholding the mission and essence of the winemaking philosophy: to respect varietal character and reflect the vineyard site and vintage conditions in each wine.
This wine sourced entirely from the Wickersham Ranch Vineyard, which is located in northwest Sonoma County, wedged between the Rockpile AVA and the Sonoma Coast AVA. The vineyard is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot, and Malbec at an elevation of 2,200 feet on a western-facing slope. The vineyard is one of the most remote sites in all of Sonoma County and offers the ideal microclimate to grow grapes for the production of mountain Cabernet Sauvignon of the highest quality.
