It presents a paillé colour with copper reflexes. It is delicate and pleasing to the nose with an unmistakable hint of pear. It has a dry, harmonious and fine flavour with good balance and lasting.n n Producer Informationn Maso Poli, owned by the Togn family, still represents all this: it is an old “farm” from the 1700s recently renovated respecting the local landscape but with a new architectural interpretation of the structure, it is surrounded by fifteen hectares of land, ten of which are planted with vines , in an ideal position due to the altitude, the composition of the soil, the exposure to the sun and the shelter from cold winds. The Togn family began to renew the vines at the end of the seventies, leveled and drained the land, to obtain grapes from the new rows and, from these, wines whose aromas and flavors celebrated the extraordinary nature of the place. The new cellar, built in 2004, has a large pergola overlooking the Piana Rotaliana and welcomes a few hundred people on the occasion of tourist-cultural events.
