M. Chapoutier Hermitage Monier de la Sizeranne is a red wine from the Northern Rhône region of France. n It’s made from 100% Syrah grapes, 85% of which are aged in oak. n The wine is deep garnet red with purplish highlights and has a nose of red fruit and a hint of liquorice. It has a good attack, is round and elegant, with concentrated and gentle tannins. The final is on blackcurrant, raspberry, and spicy (pepper) aromas when it is young.
