Wine growing / wine making
This wine comes from vines grown on the terraces of the Rhone with a mix of different terroir, including the famous pebbly soil. Maximum yield of 50 hl/hectare. After a parcel selection of the vineyard, the grapes are harvested when perfectly ripe and then destemmed. Long maceration in stainless steel vats under temperature control (for 1 month approximately) for careful extraction of colour and structure.
