Lambay Whiskey Small Batch Blend is a blend of malted and un-malted barley and grain whiskeys, triple distilled and matured in bourbon barrels with a Cognac cask finish. It also contains a touch of Lambay Island Trinity Well Water, which adds a unique mineral Lambay character to the whiskey. Lambay Whiskey is a collaboration between Camus Cognac and Baron Revelstoke of Ireland, who owns Lambay Island, a wildlife sanctuary off the east coast of Ireland. The whiskey is inspired by the island’s natural beauty and maritime influence Lambay.
