70% Furmint & Hárslevelű. South/South-East facing vineyard at 300 meters above sea level. Clay mixed with broken rocks and volcanic bedrock. Hand harvested in the morning, end of September and early October. Pressed at night and transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Aged in steel tanks with 5-6 months on the lees
