Today, the Terrasses Cévennes cooperative cellar cultivates 200 hectares of vines located in the foothills of the Cévennes. They bring together many different terroirs which produce different wines. With 14 red and white grape varieties including cabernet sauvignon but also Ugni blanc and viognier, the cellar produces IGP Cévennes and Pays d’Oc as well as AOP Languedoc.
