Founded in 1808 by Apolline Henriot, Maison Henriot is a historic Champagne House with more than two-hundred years of heritage. Apolline aspired to “illuminate her vineyards through the creation of a great Champagne” and thus, developed a singular savoir-faire, relying on the knowledge and the preservation of the vineyard and the art of blending, creating Henriot’s distinctive signature.
