Bright, fresh acidity articulates the citrus and stone fruit as it washes over the palate.n Producer Informationn Gary Farrell Vineyards and Winery is a producer of predominantly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines operating out of a winery located in the central Russian River Valley. The winery produces wines from a range of sites, mostly within the AVA, but it has also sourced fruit from the Sonoma and Santa Barbara Counties. The label was started by Gary Farrell in 1982, just prior to the creation of the Russian River Valley AVA in 1983, producing 100 cases of Rochioli Vineyard Pinot Noir. The winery remains focussed on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay although other bottlings crop up in the portfolio, including the likes of Grist Vineyard Zinfandel from Dry Creek Valley and the Rochioli Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc.
