At ENA, we are constantly looking for unique vineyards in the Northern California to translate in vibrant, elegant and complex wines… ENA wines are made to share our passion, to make you travel in a unique place and time and mostly to be enjoyed, always calling for another sip! Conscious of the environment, we work with vineyards farmed under sustainable, organic and/or regenerative principles. To reduce our waste and carbon footprint, we are using light weight bottles with no capsules. Our winemaking, in a nutshell, is an assertive approach towards nature rather than obstructive. Our decisions are based on improving the expression of the vineyard, rather than pushing wines towards a style. There is no trick, no makeup. With minimal intervention, we ferment with native yeasts and carefully select our barrels to respect the fruits.
