Duck Hunter is a partnership and close friendship forged between Mark Wilson, and Locky and Rosie Mulholland. We couldn’t achieve what we do without the help of one of New Zealand’s best-known (and award winning) winemakers, Mr Kim Crawford. Mark has been in the restaurant business for over three deCades, so knows the importance of having great wine to accompany good food. Rosie is an ex bank manager who handles production and export logistics, and is an avid promoter of NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Locky now runs his own logistics company in the the south pacific but still actively promotes our family of wines.
