Created by Michel Drappier in its natural version, it showcases the grape variety in a Blanc de Noirs that is both rich and mineral.nnFor lovers of pure sensations, Drappier has created a 100% Pinot Noir cuvee with no dosage. Only the natural residual sugar remains, less than 2g per bottle. In addition, the use of a very minimal amount of sulphur (less than 30 mg/l) gives the wine the freedom to express itself fully. nnThis Champagne is aged in bottle for 36 months. The nose reveals a crunchy and ripe fruit at the same time. The palate is full of peach pulp and a bouquet of aromatic herbs. Light spicy notes on the finish, which is straightforward and pure, with great finesse and freshness.
