The 2013 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru has a gorgeous floral bouquet with ebullient red cherries and wild strawberry scents, a fine mineral core just underneath. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, touches of orange rind and spice toward the finish that is linear and strict at the moment, but will open up once in bottle. Very fine
