Description

Pale yellow. Characteristic nose marrying white flowers and an elegant toasted hazelnut touch. On the palate, a soft, silky, light wine. The finish lingers and is punctuated by a delicious crisp touch.n n Producer Informationn Domaine Pavelot is a wine producer situated in the Savigny-les-Beaune appellation in Burgundy. Its 10 hectares (22 acres) of vineyards are divided between the villages of Savigny-les-Beaune, Beaune and Aloxe-Corton. Domaine Pavelot also makes a Bourgogne Rouge and two village-level Savigny-les-Beaune and Aloxe-Corton wines. The white portfolio includes two premier cru Chardonnay-based white wines from En Caradeux and Sous Frétille as well as village-level Pernand-Vergelesses and a Bourgogne Aligoté.
