Domaine Fouassier Sancerre Les Chasseignes 2022 750 ML

Les Chasseignes comes from a 6.8 hectare vineyard in the heart of Sancerre. Vines have an average age of 40 years are grown in soils with a majority of limestone from Buzançais on lower “Kimmeridgien” (60%) and limestone “lites superieurs” on upper Oxonian (40%). The vineyard is cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods.
