Benoit focuses on small, out-of-the-way parcels and expositions that many winemakers overlook or ignore. The vineyards are grown on Kimmeridgean and Portlandian limestone soils and are farmed organically. All the fruit (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) is harvested by hand. Benoit’s wines display exquisite minerality, cut and precision.
