Chateau Haut-Gaudin extends over the municipality of Capian with an area of 25 hectares. The property benefits from an atypical grape variety today, yet so characteristic of the Bordeaux of yesteryear. Its 15% Malbec, in association with 65% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, make Chateau Haut-Gaudin a Bordeaux Superieur apart. This alliance of soils and grape varieties constitutes the wealth of Chateau Haut-Gaudin. The desire to preserve these lands is also established by the conversion to organic farming on these plots.
