The Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle Rayon by Cave Mont Blanc is 100% Prie Blanc, Blanc de Morgex biotype. The grapes come from the selection of the vineyards best exposed to the sun; the vineyards of the cooperative go up the slopes of Mont Blanc, between 900 and 1200 metres above sea level and are the highest in Europe. The vinification is traditionally carried out in white, at a controlled temperature, with partially carried out malolactic fermentation.
