Flocco is an intense and structured red wine, produced by the Livorno Castello di Bolgheri. This label is the result of a wise blend that includes half Sangiovese grapes and the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) and Merlot (20%). The three varieties are grown near Bolgheri, where the vines can enjoy the great benefits associated with the breezes that blow from the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea. At the end of the work in the vineyard, conducted in a sustainable manner, only the best bunches are selected by hand to be transported to the . Here the grapes are delicately pressed and then left to ferment in modern stainless steel tanks.
