Appearance – Dark golden yellow hue. Nose – Intense. When young, the wine’s nose is fresh with apricot, peach and jasmine aromas. After a year of cellar-ageing, dry apricot aromas dominate the nose which then goes on to develop notes of acacia honey, quince and ripe peaches. Palate – When young, the wine is fresh and soft with hints of apricots and wild peaches. It is a perfect partner for aperitifs, summer salads, grilled white fish, sushi and sweet and sour Asian cuisine. This is a wine to be enjoyed when it is still relatively young, but which will go on to develop a lovely fat and notes of dried apricots and honey with age100% Viognier. Pale lemon in color. White wildflower and jasmine florals with white peach, melon, and apricot, light notes of acacia honey, and quince. Leading to the palate, fresh supple notes of white peach, lime juice, orange peal, and softer notes of green apple. Slight olive oil texture with brings a creamy ness with out having gone through malo fermentation. This is a dry wine with medium acidity, body, and finish.
