Karim believes in 100% Cabernet Franc grapes from the sub region Uco Valley (Mendoza region) in Argentina. The vine is from sustainable and traditional agriculture with controlled drip irrigation.
As soon as the grapes are harvested the produce goes straight away to the . The grapes are selected on a double sorting table. Then they are put into small concrete tanks (10 000 litres each). The fermentation starts with the native yeast and maceration process takes place for two weeks. Finally the wine will aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Karim Mussi’s wines are becoming increasingly sought-after around the world, so we are honoured to stock his wine.
