Benoit Chauveau Pouilly-Fume La Charmette 2023 750 ML

This excellent Pouilly Fumé crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced and bottle at the Chauveau family vineyard, is crystalline yellow with green hues. It displays a vibrant nose of citrus fruits, blackcurrant bud and subtle minerality. On the palate, it’s balanced and clean with refined aromatics. This Pouilly Fumé makes a delightful aperitif, but can also be paired with grilled fish, scallops or white meat dishes.
The Chauveau family winemaking legacy traces back to the 19th Century. In the mid-1990s, Benoit Chauveau gradually took over the vineyards, now spanning over 17 hectares, encompassing Pouilly Fumé, Pouilly sur Loire, and Coteaux du Giennois.
