The 2020 Olema Chardonnay, made by Amici Cellars, is a blend produced from premier vineyards in Sonoma County. A portion of the blend was aged in barrels for a rich, creamy texture with the remainder fermented in stainless steel which preserves the bright, vibrant fruit and crispness.n Aromatics start off with notes of fresh apricot, lemon curd, jasmine, and apple slices, with notes of cardamom. The light- to medium-bodied palate is filled with juicy white pineapple and vanilla cream. The 2020 Olema Chardonnay has a linear focus and finishes with strong citrus notes and minerality.
