“The Merlot wines used in this blend were sourced from Alexander Valley from high elevation vineyards bringing tension and power. The wine is a medium purple color. Deep purple with aromas and flavors of black plum, crushed blackberries, slate/ rock, anise, black licorice. On the palate, savory graphite, black tea, black currant, delicate smooth tannin, bright but not cloying acidity.”
