Von Winning Sauvignon Blanc I Pfalz 2021 750 ML

Intensive and sustainable work in the vineyards enables von Winning to harvest highly aromatic and healthy grapes. The fruit is harvested from multiple vineyards in Deidesheim, mostly Paradiesgarten, but there is also fruit from Deidesheimer Herrgottsacker and Kallstadter Steinacker. The soil composition here is sandy loam, red sandstone, basalt, & löss. Fermented entirely in stainless steel.
