Lucien Boillot Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2020 750 ML

Red wine from Pinot Noir vines over 50 years old, cultivated without any chemical weedkillers for many years. The harvest is manual and fermentation is done using indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged in oak barrels (30% of which are new) for 16 to 18 months. Bottling is done without fining or filtration.
