It bears the signature and the magnetic personality of the Australian Princess of Pop, Kylie Minogue, the creative director behind this stunning fizzy wine.nnIt starts with a pop, effervescent pink bubbles, and a rich nose of watermelon, ripe strawberry, rose petals and citrus fruits. The grapes were sourced via the Zonin estate, a seventh-generation family-owned winery with 4,000 hectares of vines on the hills of Veneto. The soils here are rich in limestone, and an average vine age of 10 years adds some complexity and maturity to the blend.nnThe Prosecco Rose is crisp and layered on the palate, bringing bright notes of raspberry, strawberry, gooseberry, watermelon and clean minerality.
