Aromatic with some delicacy and subtlety as the wine is poured. As the wine becomes ambient and opens out in glass the aromas begin to intnesify with scents of golden and baked apple, some wet chalk and floral highlights. Crisp and just dry on the palate with flavours that mirror the nose, the acidity carries the mineral and floral qualities laced with a touch of spice and chalk. Balanced and well made with a decent finish. Great with food or on its own. Best drinking from 2024 through 2029.
