The backbone of the blend is Assyrtiko with its structure and lemony acidity. Then comes Vidiano with its oily texture and peachy character. And finally comes Malvasia which adds aromatic intensity and floral, botanical notes. The result is as good as if these three varieties were born to complement each other in an explosion of finesse.
