A true wine of thirst! The late Marcel Lapierre, deceased in 2010, was one of the greatest advocates of the natural wines movement in France. In the same spirit as his father, Mathieu carries on elaborating wines that are fruit focused and created with minimal intervention, as this crisp and fluid Gamay, made with the 15 year-old vines of a 9-hectare vineyard.
