Tor Wines Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 750 ML

This is a barrel selection from two vineyards – Double H Ranch, and Rentaria 360. As for all of our Cabernet Sauvignons, the individual lots were fermented on skins between two and three weeks in small tanks, matured for twenty months in new Taransaud and Darnajou barrels, then bottled without fining and filtration.
Our TOR Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon hails from two incredible vineyards that we are blessed to work with in the Oakville appellation – Double H Ranch Vineyard, and Rentaria 360 Vineyard. Double H Ranch Vineyard is a jewel on the western slopes of the Vaca Range. The iron rich site gives our 2022 Oakville its signature dark fruit and perfumed characteristics. Rentaria 360 Vineyard is in the northeastern part of Oakville and has a long history of producing excellent wines.
