Bodegas Tradicion was created with the aim of giving back the value and respect to the oldest noble wines and brandy from Jerez, by means of using the traditional methods of maturation which have provided our region with a worldwide recognition for centuries.
The starting point for this project came out from the idea of rescuing and giving continuity to tradition of one of the oldest family-owned wineries from Jerez, with over three hundred and fifty years of history. The origins of Bodegas Tradicion have links with the legendary brand CZ – the abbreviation for Cabeza de Aranda y Zarco- which is considered the oldest Jerez brand from Jerez.
With our work, we pretend to restore the reputation of the most mature wines and brandy from Jerez amongst the World’s Greatest Wines. We believe that, through respect to tradition and using the ancient methods for ageing and maturing the wines, we can get the best quality and character for our products.
