A wine born from the smooth blend of Chardonnay grapes with the freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc variety. Grapes are harvested by hand, lightly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 14 °C. The wine rests in stainless steel tanks. Feudi Salentini Claria is produced in Leporano, where the story of Feudi Salentini begins, in 1994, this being one of the most beautiful areas in Salento. Here, together with their young colleagues, Cosimo and Maria Teresa Vargolione write every day a story based on quality and love for this land. The quality of the wines is the symbol of a territory, of a recurrent history, of a passion of three generations.
