From the Susumaniello grapes grown in the heart of Salento, a pale pink wine with violet reflections is born. The intense aromas of this wine are reminiscent of freshly picked red fruit. On the palate it looks like a delicate wine but with a strong character with good acidity and persistence. Ideal as an aperitif and paired with fish and traditional Apulian first courses.
